What are the terms of the Replacement and Refund Policy?
Every product sold at Photolumax.in is covered under our 3-Day Replacement Policy. Notify us by WhatsApp us at 9867352703 about problems related to packaging issues or damages within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will send a replacement product to you. If the shipping address is unserviceable due to any reason, then we will initiate the full refund.
Please note that orders once processed cannot be cancelled. If your order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete phone number or address, then you not will be eligible for a refund. Alternatively, you can request us to resend your order with the updated phone number or address, but you will have to pay an additional Rs. 200 for reshipping. If the customer rejects the order midway or while delivery, he/she will not be eligible for a refund.
What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?
If an order placed during a sale is initiated for refund by us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure. Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days and a refund as reward points will take 24-48 hours.
